Brain & Matthew's Healthy Eating

On Sunday, I saw my friend Matthew Smollen from the FEGS Building, & he was trying to cut down sweets & sodium. For breakfast, I had french vanilla yogurt which was a light breakfast, for lunch, they were now serving whole wheat wraps from the Herricks Cafeteria, & I had a turkey or tuna on a whole wheat wrap.
