Brain & Matthew's Healthy Eating

On Sunday, I saw my friend Matthew Smollen from the FEGS Building, & he was trying to cut down sweets & sodium. For breakfast, I had french vanilla yogurt which was a light breakfast, for lunch, they were now serving whole wheat wraps from the Herricks Cafeteria, & I had a turkey or tuna on a whole wheat wrap.

Eating a Healthy Breakfast like LeAnn Rimes

For Breakfast on weekends, I like making a poached egg on an hearty wheat english muffin & fresh berries, & on Mondays when I do my cooking class, I eat yogurt, & on School Days, I like having oatmeal with no sodium & sugar with fresh berries, or I can add spice & bananas on my oatmeal to make it healthy!

Victoria Justice's Diet

Victoria Justice likes to eat dinner for breakfast. She likes to eat rice and beans with chicken. I have the chicken, beans, and rice recipes from Cook This, Not That book, there was Chicken under a Brick, Serious Chili, Chicken with Tomato, Olives, and Capers, Chicken-White Bean Chili, Chili-Mango Chicken, Chicken Adobo, Chicken Scaloppine, Margarita Chicken, Chicken in Red Wine, and Spicy Thai Chicken. For brunch for dinner, I would like to have Black Bean Omelet for dinner with the family.

Thanksgiving Leftovers

Last night I had Thanksgiving leftovers for dinner, & I had white meat turkey, mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans, & pumpkin pie & pumpkin bread for dessert. This week my family are going to save a lot of money by not eating out or take outs. I love homemade meals because it's healthy to eat in besides not eating out!

Eating Healthy on Thanksgiving

For Thanksgiving, I was eating white meat turkey, mashed potatoes with gravy, and green beans for my healthy meal, and for dessert I had spicy pumpkin pie, and pumpkin bread from school! On Thanksgiving, I'm going to cut down dark meat turkey, candied sweet potatoes with marshmallow topping, stuffing, and cornbread with butter, and pecan pie which is the unhealthy Thanksgiving!

My McDonald's Balancing Diet

At McDonald's, I would like to cut down the burgers, chicken tenders or nuggets, & fries, because I'm going on my McDonald's Balancing Diet to use with my $1 off coupon that I got @ the Soccer Dinner for Friday nights. For my Balancing Diet for lunch, I had a Premium Caesar Salad with Grilled Chicken, Apple Dippers with Low Fat Caramel Dip, & a bottle of water from home, & that will save me money on SSI! I'm becoming healthy like PJ Duncan from the Disney Channel Show, "Good Luck Charlie" because PJ Duncan likes to go out to McDonald's for a Balancing Diet for lunch!

My unique friend's name is Jonathan! He likes to exercise on the cardio machine for 70 minutes to burn 600 calories by not eating fast food like Burger King, Jack in the Box, Wendy's, McDonald's, & Taco Bell, bagels, & desserts! He likes to eat healthy like PJ Duncan from the Disney Channel Show, Good Luck Charlie. In the episode Sleepless in Denver, for breakfast, he likes yogurt, oatmeal, & cereal. For lunch, he likes turkey or tuna, & for dinner, he likes chicken or fish!
